Assembly Instructions

Assemble the lamp components before mounting to the wall.

  1. Attach the lamp arm to the wall bracket using the provided screw(s). Hand-tighten, then secure with screwdriver.
  2. Connect the wires from the socket assembly to the terminals on the wall bracket (if pre-wired, skip this step). Follow color coding (typically brown/live, blue/neutral, green-yellow/ground).
  3. Carefully attach the lamp shade or glass diffuser to the socket assembly. It may twist-lock or be secured with a small finial/screw.
  4. Place the decorative cover over the wall bracket to conceal wiring and screws.

CAUTION! Do not force parts. Ensure all electrical connections are secure and insulated.

Wall Installation

Mount the assembled lamp bracket to your wall.

  1. Turn OFF power at the circuit breaker for the installation area.
  2. Hold the wall bracket against the wall at the desired height and location. Use a level to ensure it is straight.
  3. Mark the screw holes on the wall with a pencil.
  4. Drill holes at the marked points. For solid walls, use the provided wall plugs.
  5. Align the bracket with the holes and secure it to the wall using the provided screws. Tighten firmly.

Tip: Ensure the bracket is firmly attached and does not wobble before proceeding.

Electrical Connection

WARNING: This step involves working with electricity. If you are unsure, hire a qualified electrician.

  1. Ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker.
  2. If connecting to existing wall wiring: Remove the existing wall plate (if any). Connect the lamp wires to the household wires using appropriate wire connectors (e.g., wire nuts). Match colors: Live to live (brown/black), Neutral to neutral (blue/white), Ground to ground (green-yellow/green or bare).
  3. Carefully tuck all wires into the electrical box and attach the lamp's wall bracket to the box using its screws.
  4. Place the decorative cover over the bracket to conceal the electrical box.
  5. Restore power at the circuit breaker.

Care & Maintenance

To ensure longevity and safety.

  1. Cleaning: Turn OFF and let bulb cool. Wipe the shade/diffuser with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
  2. Bulb Replacement: Turn OFF power. Let old bulb cool. Unscrew and replace with a compatible bulb.
