Assembly Instructions

Operation is simple via the integrated foot switch.

Foot Switch: Press once to turn lamp ON, press again to turn OFF.

Tip: For best lighting, angle shade away from direct eye line to reduce glare.

Bulb Replacement

Always unplug lamp before replacing bulb.

  1. Allow bulb to cool completely if recently on.
  2. Grasp bulb firmly and unscrew counterclockwise.
  3. Screw new compatible bulb clockwise until snug. Do not overtighten.
  4. Plug in lamp and test with foot switch.

WARNING! Use only bulbs within specified wattage limits. Higher wattage bulbs may cause overheating and damage.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug before any cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to dust base and shade. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray cleaners directly on the lamp. Never immerse any part of the lamp in water.
