- Ensure all casters are securely attached and brakes function before loading.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity (see Specifications).
WARNING! An improperly assembled or overloaded cart may tip over, causing injury or damage. Always engage brakes when stationary.
Assembly Instructions
Estimated assembly time: 20-30 minutes. Tools needed: Provided Allen key.
- Attach Casters: Insert caster stems into the four holes at the bottom of each side panel. Press down firmly until they click into place. Position casters with brakes at the front.
- Connect Side Panels: Place the two side panels parallel. Insert the back panel between them, aligning the pre-drilled holes. Secure using 8 connector bolts (F) and the Allen key. Do not fully tighten until all bolts are started.
- Install Shelf Support Pins: Decide on shelf heights. Insert the shelf support pins (G) into the desired holes on the inner sides of both panels. Ensure pins are fully seated and level on both sides.
- Place Shelves: Rest each shelf (B) on its set of four support pins. Gently press down to ensure the shelf is stable and level.
- Final Tightening: Once the frame is square and shelves are level, fully tighten all frame connector bolts.
- Inspection: Gently rock the cart. It should feel sturdy with no wobble. Test caster movement and brake function.
CAUTION! Do not stand or sit on the cart. It is not designed to support human weight.
Adjusting & Customizing
- Shelf Height: Shelves can be repositioned by removing them, relocating the support pins to different holes, and replacing the shelf.
- Configuration: For open access, shelves can be omitted. For maximum stability, use all three shelves.
- Optional Accessories: Side hooks or baskets (sold separately) may be attached to the frame holes.
