  2. Stable Surface: Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratching the parts.
  3. Secure Assembly: Tighten all screws and cam locks firmly. Do not overtighten.
  4. Child Safety: Keep small hardware parts away from children during assembly.
  5. Leveling: Adjust the feet to ensure the island is stable and does not wobble.

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps in order. Refer to the included pictorial guide for visual reference.

  1. Attach the Feet: Screw the four adjustable feet into the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the side panels.
  2. Connect Side and Back Panels: Insert wooden dowels into the side panels. Align with the back panel and join using cam locks. Tighten with a screwdriver.
  3. Install the Shelf: Place the shelf board onto the supports inside the frame. Secure with provided screws.
  4. Mount Drawer Runners: Attach the drawer runner sets to the inside of the frame according to the markings.
  5. Assemble Drawers: Attach drawer fronts to the drawer boxes using the provided screws. Insert drawers into the runners.
  6. Attach Towel Rail: Secure the towel rail to the side panel using the screws provided.
  7. Place the Countertop: With assistance, carefully lower the countertop onto the assembled frame. Secure from underneath with the remaining cam locks.

Tip: Do not fully tighten cam locks until all parts are aligned correctly.

Installation & Leveling

Once assembled, move the island to its desired location.

  1. Positioning: Ensure there is adequate space for drawers and doors to open fully.
  2. Leveling: Use a level on the countertop. Turn the adjustable feet clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower until the island is stable and does not rock.
  3. Final Check: Open and close all drawers to ensure smooth operation. Re-tighten any visible screws if necessary.

CAUTION! Do not drag the island across the floor, as this may damage the feet and your flooring. Lift to reposition.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity of your kitchen island.

WARNING! Do not place hot pots or pans directly on the wooden countertop. Always use a trivet or heat pad.
