Assembly Steps
Follow these steps in order. Do not fully tighten cam locks until step 4.
- Prepare the frame: Lay side panels (100001) flat. Insert wooden dowels (HW-001) into pre-drilled holes.
- Attach back panel: Position back panel (100002) between side panels. Align dowel holes and tap gently.
- Add top and bottom panels: Attach top (100003) and bottom (100004) panels using cam locks (HW-002). Hand-tighten only.
- Secure the frame: Once all panels are connected, fully tighten all cam locks using the included Allen key.
- Check stability: Ensure the frame is square and does not wobble.
Drawer Installation
Assemble drawers before installing them into the frame.
- Assemble drawer box: For each drawer, connect side panels (100006) to front (100005) and back (100007) panels using dowels and cam locks.
- Insert drawer bottom: Slide the drawer bottom panel (100008) into the grooves on all four sides.
- Attach drawer runners: Screw the metal drawer runners to the sides of each drawer using screws (HW-003).
- Install runners in frame: Attach the corresponding runner tracks to the inside of the chest frame.
- Insert drawers: Slide each drawer into its track. Ensure it moves smoothly.
- Attach knobs: Screw drawer pull knobs (HW-004) onto the front of each drawer.
Tip: Apply a small amount of candle wax or soap to the runners if drawers stick.
Care and Maintenance

- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- For stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Dry immediately.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or steel wool.
- If finishing the wood, use appropriate stain, paint, or oil following manufacturer instructions.
- Avoid placing in direct sunlight or near heat sources to prevent warping.
CAUTION! Never soak the wood with water or cleaning products.
Troubleshooting
