Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before assembly. Ensure a safe working environment.

  1. Work on a soft surface to avoid scratching parts.
  2. Use correct tools: Phillips screwdriver, hammer, level, drill.
  3. Check wall type: Cabinet must be mounted to solid wall (concrete, brick, or studs).
  4. Two-person job: Assembly and mounting require at least two people.

WARNING! Improper wall mounting can cause cabinet to fall, resulting in serious injury or death. Always use provided hardware and mount into wall studs or solid masonry.

Assembly Steps

Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten screws until all parts are aligned.

  1. Attach back panel: Place frame face down. Align back panel and secure with provided screws.
  2. Connect side panels: Use cam locks to connect sides to top and bottom panels. Tighten with screwdriver.
  3. Install shelf supports: Insert support pins into pre-drilled holes at desired heights.
  4. Attach door: Align hinges with pre-drilled holes on frame. Secure with screws. Adjust door alignment if needed.
  5. Install handle: Attach handle to door using screws from inside.

Tip: Do not overtighten cam locks; this may strip the particleboard.

Wall Mounting

This is a critical step. Cabinet must be securely anchored to wall studs or solid masonry.

  1. Locate wall studs using a stud finder. Mark positions.
  2. Hold mounting rail against wall at desired height (use level). Mark screw holes.
  3. Drill pilot holes at marks. Insert wall plugs if needed.
  4. Screw mounting rail securely to wall.
  5. Lift cabinet onto mounting rail (two people required). Ensure it clicks into place.
  6. Secure cabinet to rail with provided safety screws from inside the cabinet.

CAUTION! The cabinet is heavy. Never attempt to mount it alone. Ensure rail is level before hanging cabinet.

Adjusting Shelves

Shelves are adjustable to accommodate items of different heights.

  1. Remove shelf by lifting up and pulling forward.
  2. Reposition shelf support pins to desired height (use pre-drilled holes).
  3. Place shelf back onto support pins, ensuring it is level and secure.
  4. Maximum load per glass shelf: 11 lbs (5 kg). Do not exceed.

Note: For stability, distribute weight evenly across the shelf.

Care & Maintenance

Clean regularly to maintain appearance.

WARNING! Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals. Avoid excessive moisture.
