Safety Instructions

- Two-person assembly: Some steps require two people to safely handle parts.
- Wall mounting: Always mount to wall studs or use appropriate anchors for your wall type (drywall, plaster, concrete).
- Weight limit: Do not exceed maximum load capacity (see section 7).
- Child safety: Do not allow children to climb on or hang from the shelf.
- Tool safety: Use tools as intended; keep away from children.
CAUTION! Ensure the shelf is securely mounted before placing items on it.
Assembly Steps
Follow steps in order. Allow approximately 30 minutes for assembly.
- Prepare workspace: Clear area; lay out all parts and hardware.
- Attach brackets to shelves:
- Align bracket (201) with pre-drilled holes on underside of shelf board (101).
- Secure using screws (303). Repeat for second bracket on same shelf.
- Repeat for secondary shelf board (102) if applicable.
- Check alignment: Ensure brackets are parallel and flush with shelf edges.
- Do not fully tighten: Leave screws slightly loose for final adjustment during wall mounting.
Tip: Do not overtighten screws, as this may damage the particleboard.
Wall Mounting
Most critical step; ensures safety and stability.
- Locate studs: Use stud finder to locate wall studs. Mark center with pencil.
- Plan position: Decide shelf height and level. Use measuring tape and level to mark bracket mounting points on wall.
- Drill pilot holes: At marked points, drill holes slightly smaller than wall anchors (302). For stud mounting, drill directly into stud.
- Insert anchors: For drywall without stud, tap plastic anchors (302) into holes with hammer until flush.
- Mount brackets:
- Have one person hold shelf with brackets against wall, aligned with holes.
- Insert wall screws (301) through bracket holes into anchors/studs.
- Tighten securely but do not strip.
- Final tightening: Once shelf is mounted and level, fully tighten all bracket-to-shelf screws (303).
WARNING! If you are unsure about wall type or mounting, consult a professional.
Weight Capacity & Limitations
- Maximum load: 25 lbs (11.3 kg) evenly distributed per shelf.
- Wall type: Must be mounted to solid wall (stud, concrete, brick). Not suitable for hollow doors or thin partitions.

Care & Maintenance
