  4. Surface: Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratches.

WARNING! Failure to secure the wardrobe to the wall can result in serious injury or death from tipping.

Assembly Instructions

Follow steps in order. Allow approximately 60-90 minutes for assembly.

Installation and Mounting

Securing the wardrobe to the wall is mandatory.

  1. Position the wardrobe in its final location, ensuring it is level using the adjustable feet.
  2. Locate the solid wall stud(s) behind the intended position.
  3. Use the provided wall attachment fittings and screws. Attach the fittings to the top rear of the wardrobe frame as indicated in the pre-drilled holes.
  4. Drive screws through the fittings and into the wall stud(s). Ensure they are tight and secure.
  5. Check stability by gently trying to tip the wardrobe forward. It should not move.

CAUTION! If you cannot locate a stud, use appropriate wall anchors suitable for the wall material and the weight of the fully loaded wardrobe.

Interior Configuration

The PAX system is highly customizable. Use IKEA KOMPLEMENT interior fittings.

Note: Distribute weight evenly. Heavier items should be placed on lower shelves or hanging areas.

  4. Adjust the door height and alignment using the adjustment screws on the hinges.
  5. Install door handles as desired.
