Safety Information

WARNING! To prevent serious injury and damage:

  1. Tip-Over Hazard: This tall cabinet must be securely anchored to the wall using the provided brackets and screws into wall studs.
  2. Two-Person Assembly: Due to size and weight, assembly and lifting require at least two people.
  3. Work Area: Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratching parts.
  4. Tools: Use only the included Allen key and a screwdriver. Do not over-tighten screws.
  5. Glass Door: Handle the tempered glass door with care. Avoid impacts on the edges.
  6. Location: Do not install in damp areas unless all edges are properly sealed. Keep away from direct heat sources.

CAUTION! Keep small hardware away from children and pets.

Assembly Instructions

Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten cam locks until step 4.

  1. Prepare Panels: Lay side panels flat. Insert cam locks into designated holes on the inner sides of both side panels.
  2. Attach Bottom Panel: Connect the bottom panel to the side panels using the cam locks. Hand-tighten only.
  3. Attach Top Panel: Connect the top panel to the side panels using the remaining cam locks.
  4. Square the Frame: Ensure the cabinet frame is square, then fully tighten all cam locks with the Allen key.
  5. Install Back Panel: Place the frame upright. Insert the back panel into the grooves on the rear of the side, top, and bottom panels. Secure with the provided small screws.
  6. Install Adjustable Feet: Screw the four adjustable feet into the bottom of the base panel.

Tip: A rubber mallet can gently tap panels into place without damage.

Mounting to Wall

CRITICAL STEP: This prevents tipping. You will need a stud finder, level, pencil, and drill.

  1. Locate Studs: Use a stud finder to locate two solid wall studs where the top of the cabinet will sit.
  2. Position Cabinet: With help, hold the assembled cabinet against the wall in its desired location. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly vertical.
  3. Mark Bracket Holes: Mark the positions of the top panel's mounting holes onto the wall through the brackets.
  4. Drill Pilot Holes: Drill pilot holes into the center of the marked studs.
  5. Secure Brackets: Align the cabinet's brackets with the pilot holes. Use the provided long screws to securely fasten the cabinet to the wall studs. Tighten firmly.
  6. Final Check: Gently try to tilt the cabinet forward. It should not move. Adjust the feet to ensure the cabinet is level and stable on the floor.

WARNING! Anchoring to drywall alone is insufficient and dangerous. Must use wall studs.

Adjusting Shelves

The shelves are supported by metal pins.

  1. Locate Shelf Pin Holes: Inside the cabinet, columns of small holes are pre-drilled on both side panels.
  2. Insert Support Pins: Insert the provided metal pins into the desired holes at equal heights on both sides.
  3. Place Shelf:Gently lower the shelf onto the four pins (two on each side). Ensure it sits evenly.
  4. Adjust Height: To change height, lift the shelf off the pins, move the pins to new holes, and replace the shelf.

Note: Do not exceed the maximum load of 15 kg (33 lbs) per shelf.

Door Installation and Adjustment

Installing the soft-closing hinge door.

  1. Attach Hinges to Door: Align the hinges with the pre-marked positions on the inside of the glass door. Secure with the provided screws (do not overtighten).
  2. Hang Door on Frame: With help, hold the door aligned to the cabinet opening. Hook the hinges onto the mounting plates attached to the side panel.
  3. Secure Hinges: Tighten the screws on the mounting plates to fix the door in place.
  4. Adjustment:
    • Height: Loosen the vertical adjustment screw on the hinge, move the door up/down, retighten.
    • Depth: Use the depth adjustment screw to bring the door closer to or further from the frame.
    • Side-to-Side: Adjust the horizontal screw to align the door evenly within the frame.
  5. Install Handle: Attach the handle to the front of the door using the provided screws.
  6. Test Close: Close the door gently; it should close smoothly and quietly with a soft *click*.
