Safety Information

WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. Always turn off power at the circuit breaker before installation. Ensure wiring is de-energized with a voltage tester.

  1. This luminaire is for indoor use only.
  2. Use only with a light source of energy efficiency class F or higher (or as marked on the product).
  3. Max wattage: ___W (check label on lamp). Do not exceed.
  4. Ensure the wall can support the lamp's weight.
  5. If unsure about electrical work, consult a qualified electrician.

CAUTION! Allow bulb to cool before touching. Do not use in damp locations unless rated accordingly.

Assembly Instructions

Assemble the lamp before mounting it on the wall.

  1. Identify the wall bracket and lamp shade.
  2. If not pre-assembled, attach the bulb holder/socket to the bracket using provided small screws.
  3. Feed the cable through the designated opening in the bracket if required.
  4. Place the lamp shade over the bracket/bulb holder, aligning the screw holes.
  5. Secure the shade to the bracket using the provided assembly screws. Do not overtighten.
  6. Ensure all parts are snug and the shade is oriented correctly.

Tip: Keep screws slightly loose during initial alignment, then tighten fully.

Wall Installation

Choose a suitable location near a power outlet or wiring point.

  1. Turn off power at the circuit breaker.
  2. Hold the wall bracket against the wall in the desired position.
  3. Use a spirit level to ensure it is horizontal. Mark the screw holes with a pencil.
  4. Drill holes at the marks using the correct drill bit for your wall type (e.g., masonry, drywall).
  5. Insert wall plugs (if provided and needed for your wall type).
  6. Align the bracket with the holes and secure it to the wall using the provided screws. Tighten firmly.

WARNING! Ensure the mounting is secure. The lamp must not wobble or feel loose.

Electrical Connection

CRITICAL: Power must be OFF. Two scenarios:

For plug-in models (with cable and plug):

  1. Simply plug the cord into a nearby wall outlet.
  2. Use the integrated switch on the cord or the wall switch to operate.

For hardwired connection (to household wiring):

  1. Open the connection compartment on the wall bracket/lamp base.
  2. Connect the lamp wires to the household wires: Live (brown/black) to Live, Neutral (blue/white) to Neutral, and Earth (green/yellow) to Earth (if present).
  3. Secure connections with wire nuts or terminal blocks provided. Ensure no bare wire is exposed.
  4. Close the connection compartment securely.

Tip: If in doubt, hire a professional electrician for hardwired installation.

Operation

  1. Install a compatible E14 bulb (max wattage as specified).
  2. Turn power back on at the circuit breaker.
  3. Use the switch on the power cord or the connected wall switch to turn the lamp ON/OFF.
  4. The lamp provides ambient, downward/upward lighting (as per design).

Note: For models with a dimmable bulb, use only compatible dimmer switches.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug or turn off power before cleaning.

  1. Use a dry, soft cloth to dust the lamp shade and bracket.
  2. For tougher stains, use a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.
  3. Never immerse the lamp or any electrical parts in water.
  4. Replace the light bulb when it burns out. Allow the bulb to cool first.

CAUTION! Do not spray cleaning agents directly onto the lamp.
