Safety Instructions

Assembly Instructions

Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten connectors until the structure is squared.

Frame Construction: Attach the top panel to the two side panels using the cam locks and pins. Ensure the pre-drilled holes align.
Back Panel: Place the unit face down on a soft surface. Insert the back panel into the grooves on the side and top panels. Secure with provided screws.
Drawer Runner Installation: Attach the drawer runners to the inside of the cabinet frame as marked. Ensure they are level and at equal heights for each drawer.
Initial Tightening: Check that the cabinet is square, then fully tighten all cam locks.

Tip: Lay a blanket or cardboard under the unit while working to protect the finish.

Drawer Installation

Assemble drawers before inserting them into the frame.

Aligning Fronts: With the drawer inserted, align the drawer front perfectly. Hold it in place and open the drawer to attach it from the inside with screws.
Final Check: Test all drawers for smooth operation. Adjust runner positions if necessary.

Leveling & Stability

Placement: Place the chest on a level floor. Use a spirit level to check.
Wall Attachment: THIS STEP IS MANDATORY. Use the included wall restraint device. Locate a wall stud and secure the top rear of the chest to the wall using the provided hardware and instructions.
Drawer Alignment: If drawers are not closing evenly, adjust the runners slightly up or down.

CAUTION! An unsecured chest can tip over if drawers are opened fully or if a child climbs on it. Secure it immediately after assembly.

Care & Maintenance

Use a damp cloth wrung out in a mild soap solution to clean surfaces. Wipe dry immediately.

Do NOT use: Abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, wax, polish, or silicone-based products as they may damage the finish.
