Drawer Installation & Adjustment

Drawers use a roller runner system for smooth operation.

  1. Insert Drawer: Tilt the drawer slightly, hook the front wheels onto the front part of the frame runner, then lower the back of the drawer onto the rear runner.
  2. Test Slide: The drawer should slide in and out smoothly without catching.
  3. Align Drawer Fronts: If a drawer front is misaligned, open the drawer and loosen the screws attaching the front to the drawer box. Adjust position and retighten.
  4. Adjust Runners: If a drawer sticks or is uneven, check that the runners on both sides are installed at the same height and are securely fastened.

Note: Do not force drawers. If they do not slide easily, remove and check runner alignment.

Wall Attachment (Anti-Tip)

THIS STEP IS MANDATORY FOR SAFETY.

  1. Locate the solid wall stud using a stud finder.
  2. Position the chest in its permanent location against the wall.
  3. Attach the provided wall strap to the solid wall stud using a screw (not included, recommend #8 screw).
  4. Attach the other end of the strap to the back of the chest frame at the designated upper attachment point using the provided screw.
  5. Pull the strap tight to ensure no slack.

WARNING! Never rely on drawers or the weight of the furniture to prevent tipping. The strap must be attached to a solid wood wall stud, not just drywall.

Care & Maintenance

To maintain appearance and function.

CAUTION! Excessive moisture can cause particleboard to swell. Never soak or steam clean.
