  1. Lifting: Cabinet is heavy; use two people to lift and hold during assembly/wall mounting.
  2. Wall Strength: Ensure wall is structurally sound and can support the cabinet's weight when fully loaded.
  3. Children: Do not let children climb on or play with the cabinet.
  4. Glass Door: Handle with care to avoid breakage. Do not slam.
  5. Tools: Use correct tools to avoid injury and damage to parts.

WARNING! Improper wall mounting can cause the cabinet to fall, resulting in injury or damage. Always use provided anchors and mount into wall studs where possible.

Assembly Instructions

Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratches.

  1. Unpack: Lay all parts on the floor. Check against the parts list.
  2. Frame: Connect the side panels to the top and bottom pieces using the provided screws (Part 100005). Do not fully tighten yet.
  3. Back Panel: Slide the back panel into the frame grooves. Secure with small screws along the edges.
  4. Tighten: Once the frame is square, tighten all frame screws securely.
  5. Mounting Brackets: Attach the two mounting brackets (100004) to the back of the cabinet frame at the marked positions. Use the larger screws.

Tip: Keep the cabinet lying face down during frame assembly for stability.

Wall Mounting

This is a critical step. The cabinet must be mounted to a wall capable of supporting its weight.

  1. Locate Studs: Use a stud finder to locate solid wood or metal studs in your wall. Mark their centers.
  2. Position & Level: Hold the assembled cabinet against the wall at the desired height. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the screw hole positions from the mounting brackets onto the wall.
  3. Drill Pilot Holes: If mounting into studs, drill pilot holes slightly smaller than the screw diameter at your marks. If no studs, use the provided wall anchors (100006). Drill holes for the anchors according to their size.
  4. Mount Cabinet: With help, lift the cabinet and align the mounting bracket holes with the holes in the wall. Insert and tighten screws firmly into studs or wall anchors.
  5. Final Check: Gently pull down on the cabinet to ensure it is securely fastened. Re-check level.

CAUTION! Do not rely on drywall or plaster alone. Always use appropriate anchors for your wall type.

Specifications

Adjusting Shelves

The cabinet includes two adjustable shelves.

  1. Remove Shelf: Lift the front of the shelf slightly, then pull it forward and out of the support pins.
  2. Reposition Support Pins: The inner side panels have a series of holes. Choose the desired height and insert the support pins (small metal pegs) into the corresponding holes on both sides.
  3. Insert Shelf: Place the shelf onto the support pins. Ensure it is level and seated securely on both sides.

Note: Distribute weight evenly across the shelf. Do not exceed the 10 kg maximum load.

Door Installation & Adjustment

Install the door after the cabinet is securely mounted to the wall.

  1. Attach Hinges: The hinges are pre-attached to the door. Align the hinge plates with the pre-drilled holes on the side of the cabinet frame.
  2. Secure Door: Insert and hand-tighten the screws to hold the door in place. Do not fully tighten.
  3. Check Alignment: Open and close the door. It should swing smoothly and sit flush with the frame when closed.
  4. Adjustment: If the door is uneven or drags, use a screwdriver to adjust the hinge screws:
    • Loosen/tighten the vertical screws to move the door up/down.
    • Loosen/tighten the horizontal screws to move the door in/out.
  5. Attach Handle: Screw the door handle (100007) to the front of the glass door at the marked position.
  6. Final Tighten: Once aligned, fully tighten all hinge screws.

Handle with care: The door is glass. Open and close gently.
