Assembly Steps

Attach the legs: Turn the cabinet body upside down on a soft surface. Screw the four adjustable legs into the pre-drilled holes at each corner. Hand-tighten firmly.
Install the back panel: Align the back panel with the grooves on the cabinet body. Ensure the pre-cut holes for plumbing are at the bottom. Tap the included wooden dowels into the pre-marked holes on the cabinet sides, then slide the back panel onto them. Secure with cam locks by turning clockwise until tight.
Assemble the interior (if applicable): Some models include a fixed shelf. Insert it into the pre-cut slots inside the cabinet and secure with cam locks.
Attach the door: The soft-closing hinge is pre-attached to the door. Align the hinge with the mounting plate on the inside of the cabinet frame. Press the door hinge onto the mounting plate until it clicks into place. The door can be adjusted later for perfect alignment.
Final check: Turn the cabinet right-side up. Ensure all cam locks are fully tightened and all parts are secure.

Tip: Do not overtighten screws or cam locks, as this may strip the particleboard.

Installation & Leveling

Proper leveling is crucial for door function and stability.

Position the cabinet: Move the assembled cabinet to its final location in the bathroom.
Adjust the legs: Use a level on top of the cabinet. Turn the feet on each leg clockwise to raise that corner or counter-clockwise to lower it until the cabinet is perfectly level front-to-back and side-to-side.
Wall mounting (Recommended): Locate wall studs using a stud finder. Position the cabinet against the wall. Using the provided brackets, attach one side to the inside top rear of the cabinet and screw the other side into a wall stud using appropriate screws (not included for masonry walls). This prevents tipping.
Connect plumbing: Feed sink plumbing (P-trap, supply lines) through the large hole in the back panel and the designated area in the cabinet base.

Door Adjustment

The soft-close hinge allows for 3-way adjustment. Use a Phillips screwdriver.

Height/Up-Down: Loosen the screw marked "A" on the hinge. Gently lift or lower the door to the desired position, then retighten the screw.
In-Out/Depth: Loosen the screw marked "B." Turn the adjustment screw behind it to move the door closer to or farther from the cabinet frame to eliminate gaps or rubbing, then retighten screw B.
Side-to-Side: Loosen the screws "C" that secure the hinge mounting plate to the cabinet. Slide the entire plate left or right to align the door evenly within the frame, then retighten.
