Safety Information

Read all instructions before assembly. Ensure a safe environment.

  1. Stability: Assemble on a flat, stable surface. Ensure all screws and fittings are tightened securely.
  2. Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum recommended weight (refer to specifications).
  3. Loft Bed Safety: When configured as a loft bed, always use the provided safety rail. Ensure the mattress thickness does not exceed the rail height.
  4. Placement: Keep away from windows, heaters, and ceiling fans. Ensure adequate ceiling height for loft mode.
  5. Regular Checks: Periodically check and tighten all connections, especially after initial assembly.

WARNING! This is an elevated sleeping surface. Do not allow jumping or rough play on the bed. Adult assembly required.

Parts & Tools Required

All necessary hardware is included. Verify contents against the parts list in the manual.

Assembly Instructions

Follow the numbered steps in the included pictorial guide. General sequence:

  1. Prepare Area: Clear space and lay out all parts. Identify each component.
  2. Assemble Bed Ends: Connect the reversible bed end pieces according to your chosen configuration (low or high).
  3. Attach Side Rails: Connect the long side rails to the bed ends using the provided screws and cam locks.
  4. Install Slatted Bed Base: Place the slatted base pieces onto the support ledges. Ensure they are evenly spaced and secure.
  5. Attach Safety Rail (Loft Mode): If assembling as a loft bed, securely attach the safety rail to the designated side.
  6. Secure to Wall (Recommended): Use the included wall attachment device to anchor the bed to the wall for added stability, especially in loft mode.
  7. Final Check: Go over all connections. Ensure the structure is rigid and does not wobble.

Tip: Do not fully tighten all screws until the entire frame is assembled to allow for alignment adjustments.

Reversible Configuration

The bed can be flipped to change between a low bed and a high loft bed.

  1. Low Bed Mode: The bed ends are oriented with the shorter side up. The sleeping surface is close to the floor.
  2. High Loft Bed Mode: The bed ends are flipped so the longer side is vertical. The sleeping surface is elevated, creating space underneath.
  3. To Convert: You must partially disassemble the bed (remove side rails and slats) to flip the bed ends. Reassemble following the assembly instructions for the new configuration.

Note: The safety rail MUST be used in the high loft bed configuration.

Weight & Size Specifications

Mattress Recommendations

Use only a mattress of the correct size and thickness.

  1. Size: 200 cm long x 90 cm wide (Twin/Single).
  2. Thickness (Loft Mode Critical): The mattress top must be BELOW the top of the safety rail. A mattress thicker than approximately 15-20 cm may compromise safety in loft mode.
  3. Type: Any standard twin mattress (spring, foam, latex) is suitable.
  4. Support: The slatted bed base provides adequate support; no box spring is needed or recommended.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Do not use steel wool or harsh chemicals. Test any cleaner on a small, hidden area first.
