Assembly Instructions
Estimated assembly time: 20-30 minutes. Tools needed: Allen key (provided).
- Attach the base: Insert the gas lift cylinder (C) into the center hole of the 5-arm base (D). Press down firmly until it clicks into place.
- Attach the seat: Place the seat (A) upside down on a soft surface. Align the gas lift cylinder with the hole under the seat and push down until it engages securely.
- Attach the backrest: Position the backrest (B) onto the rear of the seat. Insert and tighten the four provided screws using the Allen key.
- Attach the armrests: Align the left and right armrests (E) with the brackets on the seat. Insert and tighten the screws from underneath.
- Attach plastic covers: Snap the plastic covers (F) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder and the bottom of the seat mechanism to conceal hardware.
Tip: Do not fully tighten any screw until all parts are aligned. Then tighten all screws securely.
Adjustments & Use
Your KULLABERG chair offers several adjustments for ergonomic comfort.
- Seat Height: Locate the lever under the right side of the seat. Pull up to raise the chair; sit down gently or push the lever to lower.
- Swivel: The chair rotates 360 degrees freely.
- Mobility: Casters allow easy movement on hard floors or carpets.
- Recline Tension (if applicable): Turn the knob under the seat front to adjust the resistance when leaning back.
CAUTION! Adjust height only while sitting in the chair or applying gentle weight. Do not stand on the chair.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life of your chair.
- Frame (Wood): Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Upholstery: Vacuum regularly. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Check the tag for specific fabric care codes.

- Inspection: Every 6 months, check that all bolts are tight and casters roll smoothly.
