Tools Required

You will need the following tools (not included):

NOTE: Using the correct tools ensures proper assembly and safety.

Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before beginning assembly.

  1. Work Area: Assemble on a clean, soft surface to avoid scratches.
  2. Lifting: Cabinet is heavy; use two people for handling.
  3. Wall Mounting: MUST be securely attached to wall studs or suitable masonry. Do not rely on drywall alone.
  4. Children: Keep small parts away from children during assembly.
  5. Mirror: Handle mirrored door with care to avoid breakage.

WARNING! Improper wall mounting can cause the cabinet to fall, resulting in serious injury or damage. Ensure mounting surface can support at least 4x the cabinet's weight.

Assembly Steps

Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten screws until instructed.

  1. Step 1: Attach the back panel to the cabinet frame using the provided cam locks and dowels. Lightly tap dowels into pre-drilled holes on frame edges.
  2. Step 2: Insert cam locks into the corresponding holes on the back panel and turn clockwise to lock.
  3. Step 3: Attach the concealed hinges to the cabinet frame using the screws provided with the hinge set.
  4. Step 4: Attach the mirrored door to the hinges. Adjust door alignment later (see Section 7).
  5. Step 5: Insert shelf support pins into the desired height positions on the inner side panels.
  6. Step 6: Place the adjustable shelves onto the support pins.

Tip: Keep all packaging until assembly is complete in case parts need to be identified or returned.

Wall Mounting

This is a critical step. The cabinet must be securely fixed to a wall.

  1. Locate wall studs using a stud finder. For solid walls (brick/concrete), mark drilling points.
  2. Hold the wall mounting bracket against the wall at the desired height (recommended 150-160 cm from floor for optimal use). Use a level to ensure it is horizontal.
  3. Mark the screw holes with a pencil.
  4. Drill pilot holes at marked points. Insert wall plugs if needed.
  5. Screw the bracket securely to the wall.
  6. With help from another person, lift the assembled cabinet and hook it onto the wall bracket.
  7. Secure the cabinet to the bracket using the safety screws provided to prevent lifting off.

CAUTION! Do not mount above a toilet or bathtub where it may be subject to excessive moisture or impact.

Adjusting Shelves & Door

Shelves: The support pins allow shelves to be positioned at different heights. Remove shelf, reposition pins, and replace shelf.

Door Alignment: If the door is uneven or doesn't close properly:

  1. Open door fully.
  2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to turn the adjustment screws on the hinges.
    • Vertical adjustment: Turn the screw at the top/bottom of hinge.
    • Horizontal adjustment: Turn the screw on the side of hinge.
    • Depth adjustment: Turn the screw at the back of hinge.
  3. Make small adjustments and test the door after each turn.

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning:

Maintenance: Periodically check that all screws and wall mounts are tight. Do not overload shelves beyond 5 kg per shelf.

CAUTION! Never use harsh chemicals, ammonia-based cleaners, or abrasive materials on the mirror or finish.
