Safety Information

WARNING! To prevent serious injury and damage:

  1. Tip-over Hazard: This cabinet can tip over if not properly secured to the wall. Always use the included wall attachment device.
  2. Lifting: Cabinet is heavy. Use two people to lift and assemble.
  3. Children: Do not let children climb on or play with the cabinet.
  4. Surface: Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratching the wood.
  5. Hardware: Keep small hardware away from children to avoid choking.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps in order. Do not fully tighten cam locks until all parts are joined.

  1. Prepare Panels: Lay side panels (A) flat. Insert cam lock dowels (G) into pre-drilled holes on the inner faces of both side panels.
  2. Attach Top & Bottom: Align top panel (B) and bottom panel (C) between the side panels. Connect using the cam locks (H). Turn cam locks 90° clockwise to lock (use a screwdriver if tight).
  3. Install Back Panel: Place the cabinet frame upright. Slide the fiberboard back panel (D) into the grooves on the rear of the side, top, and bottom panels. Secure with provided nails or screws if included.
  4. Insert Shelf Supports: Decide shelf heights. Insert shelf support pins (I) into the desired holes on the inside of both side panels.
  5. Place Shelves: Rest the adjustable shelves (E) on the support pins.
  6. Attach Door: Following hinge instructions (K), attach the hinge plates to the door (F), then attach the hinges to the inside of the cabinet's side panel. Adjust door alignment as needed.
  7. Attach Handle: Screw the door handle (L) to the door at your preferred height.

Tip: Ensure all cam locks are fully turned to the locked position before moving the cabinet.

Mounting to Wall

THIS STEP IS MANDATORY TO PREVENT TIP-OVER.

  1. Decide on final location for the cabinet, ensuring it is against a solid wall (stud preferred).
  2. Place the cabinet in position. Using a pencil, mark the wall through the holes in the provided wall mounting bracket (J).
  3. Move the cabinet aside. Drill pilot holes at your marks using an appropriate drill bit for your wall type (e.g., wood stud or wall anchor).
  4. Secure the bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
  5. Lift the cabinet back into place and hook it onto the mounted bracket. Ensure it is securely engaged.
  6. Use a level to check that the cabinet is straight.

Adjusting Shelves

The shelves are adjustable to accommodate items of different heights.

  1. Empty the shelf you wish to move.
  2. Lift the shelf up and slightly forward to disengage it from the support pins.
  3. Remove the shelf completely.
  4. Reposition the shelf support pins (I) into the desired set of holes on the side panels.
  5. Place the shelf back onto the new set of pins, ensuring it is level and seated securely.

Note: Do not exceed the maximum load of 15 kg (33 lbs) per shelf.

Care & Maintenance

To maintain the natural pine wood finish:

CAUTION! Never soak the wood or use steam cleaners.
