Read all instructions before assembly.

  1. Work Area: Assemble on clean, flat, protected surface to avoid scratches.
  2. Lifting: Unit is heavy; use two people for lifting and positioning.
  3. Children: Keep children away during assembly due to small parts.
  4. Wall Attachment: MUST secure unit to wall to prevent tipping. Use provided anti-tip device.
  5. Load Capacity: Do not exceed 55 lbs (25 kg) per shelf. Distribute weight evenly.

WARNING! Failure to secure unit to wall can result in serious injury or death from tipping.

Assembly Steps

Follow numerical order shown in included illustration.

  1. Step 1: Attach base frame rails to side panels using dowels (G) and cam locks (H). Ensure front rail is flush with panel fronts.
  2. Step 2: Insert back panel (D) into grooves on side panels. Tap gently with hammer if needed.
  3. Step 3: Attach top panel (E) to side panels using remaining dowels and cam locks. Tighten cam locks clockwise until firm.
  4. Step 4: Place adjustable shelves (C) onto shelf support pins (pre-installed). Adjust height as desired.
  5. Step 5: Check all joints are tight and unit is square.

Tip: Do not fully tighten cam locks until all parts are aligned.

Installation & Placement

Choose location carefully before moving assembled unit.

  1. Surface: Place on even, solid floor. Use furniture pads if on hard flooring.
  2. Wall Attachment: Locate wall studs. Position unit against wall. Attach anti-tip bracket to wall stud using screws (not included for masonry). Attach other part to unit back panel. Tighten securely.
  3. Clearance: Allow 2-inch clearance from heat sources (radiators, vents).
  4. Leveling: Check unit is level side-to-side and front-to-back.

CAUTION! Never place unit on uneven or unstable surfaces.

Adjusting Shelves

Shelves are adjustable for custom storage.

  1. Remove all items from shelf.
  2. Lift shelf slightly and pull forward to disengage from support pins.
  3. Reposition shelf support pins to desired height (holes are pre-drilled).
  4. Place shelf onto new set of pins, ensuring it sits level and secure.

Note: For stability, ensure at least two pins support each shelf end.

Care & Maintenance

Pine wood requires proper care to maintain appearance.

CAUTION! Excess moisture can cause wood to warp.
