  2. Lift safely: Cabinet is heavy; use two people for lifting and positioning.
  3. Secure assembly: Tighten all screws and fittings securely to prevent instability.
  4. Wall mounting: Must be anchored to wall studs to prevent tipping.

WARNING! Failure to properly secure the cabinet to the wall can result in serious injury or death from tipping. Keep small children away during assembly.

Assembly Instructions

Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten screws until structure is aligned.

  1. Prepare panels: Lay side panels (A, B) flat. Insert wooden dowels (J) into pre-drilled holes.
  2. Attach top and bottom: Connect top panel (C) and bottom panel (D) to side panels using cam locks (I). Ensure arrows on cams point in correct direction.
  3. Install back panel: Slide back panel (E) into grooves on rear of cabinet. Secure with provided screws.
  4. Mount hinges: Attach hinges (H) to door panels (G) using screws. Then attach hinges to cabinet side panels.
  5. Attach handles: Screw door handles (L) to doors at marked positions.
  6. Insert shelves: Place adjustable shelves (F) onto shelf support pins inside cabinet.
  7. Final check: Ensure all cam locks are turned to locked position. Tighten all screws. Check door alignment.

Tip: Do not overtighten screws into particleboard. Assemble on a soft surface to avoid scratching.

Installation & Mounting

The cabinet must be securely attached to wall studs.

  1. Locate studs: Use a stud finder to locate at least two wall studs where cabinet will be mounted.
  2. Position cabinet: With help, hold cabinet against wall in desired location. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal.
  3. Mark drill points: Mark through the holes in the mounting brackets (K) attached to the cabinet back.
  4. Drill pilot holes: Drill pilot holes into the marked stud locations.
  5. Secure to wall: Use heavy-duty screws (not included, recommend 3" minimum) to fasten the cabinet brackets to the wall studs.
  6. Final check: Gently pull on the cabinet to confirm it is firmly anchored.

CAUTION! Do not rely on drywall anchors alone. The cabinet must be screwed directly into wooden wall studs.

Adjusting Shelves

Shelves are adjustable to customize storage space.

  1. Remove shelf: Lift shelf up slightly and pull forward to disengage from support pins.
  2. Reposition pins: Shelf support pins can be moved to different pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet side panels.
  3. Reinsert shelf: Place shelf onto the pins at the new desired height. Ensure it is level and fully seated.

Note: Do not exceed the maximum load of 33 lbs (15 kg) per shelf. Distribute weight evenly.

Care & Maintenance

To maintain appearance and longevity.

CAUTION! Never use steam cleaners or place near direct heat sources.
