Tools Required

Assembly Instructions

Assemble the frame on a clean, soft surface to avoid scratches.

  1. Place the main frame assembly on the floor with the crossbar facing down.
  2. Attach the feet to the bottom of each column using the provided screws and Allen key. Tighten securely.
  3. Flip the frame upright. Ensure it stands steadily on the feet.
  4. Attach the cable management tray to the crossbar using the designated clips or screws.
  5. Route the control panel cable along the frame and into the cable tray to keep it organized.
  6. Do not plug in the power supply until assembly is complete and the tabletop is attached.

Tip: Do not fully tighten all screws until the frame is fully assembled and squared, then go back and tighten everything securely.

Installation & Leveling

Position the assembled frame in its desired permanent location.

  1. Place the frame where the desk will be used. Ensure there is access to a power outlet.
  2. Check that all four feet are firmly on the floor. The frame should not rock.
  3. If the floor is slightly uneven, adjust the leveling glides on the feet (if equipped) by twisting them.
  4. Ensure there is adequate clearance for the desk to rise to its maximum height without hitting ceilings, shelves, or light fixtures.

WARNING! An unlevel frame can cause instability and uneven stress on the motors. Level it before attaching the tabletop.

Electrical Setup & Controls

Connect the power and familiarize yourself with the control panel.

  1. Plug the power supply into a grounded wall outlet.
  2. Connect the power supply cable to the port on the frame (usually near one column's base).
  3. The control panel LED may light up. The panel typically has:
    • UP and DOWN arrows for manual adjustment.
    • Number buttons (1-4) for memory presets.
    • A "M" or "Set" button for programming memory positions.
  4. Test the basic up/down function without the tabletop to ensure smooth operation.

Note: If the control panel does not respond, check all cable connections and that the outlet has power.

Attaching the Tabletop

Use two people for this step. Recommended tabletop size: 120-160 cm width, 60-80 cm depth.

  1. Place the tabletop upside down on a soft, protected surface (e.g., carpet or cardboard).
  2. Position the assembled frame upside down onto the backside of the tabletop.
  3. Align the frame so it is centered and provides adequate overhang on all sides for stability.
  4. Using the provided mounting brackets and screws, attach the frame to the tabletop. Follow the pre-drilled guide holes in the frame brackets.
  5. Tighten all screws securely but do not overtighten, especially into particleboard tabletops.
  6. Carefully flip the entire desk upright with the help of a second person.

CAUTION! The desk is now very heavy. Lift with your legs, not your back.

Operation & Programming

How to use the height adjustment and program memory settings.

  1. Manual Adjustment: Press and hold the UP or DOWN arrow to move the desk. Release to stop.
  2. Setting a Memory Position:
    1. Adjust the desk to your desired height.
    2. Press and hold the "M" (Memory) button for 3 seconds until the LED blinks.
    3. While blinking, press one of the number buttons (1-4) to assign the height to that preset.
    4. The LED will stop blinking, confirming the save.
  3. Recalling a Memory Position: Briefly press the number button (1-4) of your saved preset. The desk will move to that height automatically.
  4. Collision Detection: The motor should stop automatically if it encounters an obstruction. Remove the obstruction and try again.

Tip: Program one setting for sitting and another for standing to easily switch between work modes.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug the desk before any cleaning or maintenance.

CAUTION! Never spray liquids directly onto the frame, control panel, or power supply.
