Read all instructions before assembly. Ensure a safe workspace.

  1. Work Area: Assemble on a clean, flat, protected surface to avoid scratches.
  2. Lifting: The unit is heavy; use two people for lifting and positioning.
  3. Stability: To prevent tipping, the unit must be securely attached to the wall using the provided anti-tip brackets and hardware.
  4. Tools: Use only the provided Allen key. Do not over-tighten screws.
  5. Children: Do not let children play with packaging or small parts. Keep away from assembly area.

WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. Always secure this furniture to the wall using the provided restraint device.

Assembly Instructions

Follow steps in numerical order. Do not fully tighten all screws until the frame is square.

  1. Frame Assembly: Connect the side frames to the top and bottom frames using the provided cam locks and dowels. Ensure all corners are aligned.
  2. Install Drawer Rails: Attach the gliding rail halves to the inside of the frame according to the spacing guide. Ensure they are level and parallel.
  3. Drawer Box Assembly: Assemble drawer sides, front, back, and bottom using the cam lock system. Insert the drawer bottom into the grooves.
  4. Attach Drawer Fronts: Slide the drawer box into the rails partially. Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using the adjustment screws—do not fully tighten yet.
  5. Final Adjustments: Adjust the drawer front for even gaps and alignment with the frame. Tighten all adjustment screws securely.
  6. Install Handles (if applicable): Attach handles or pulls to the drawer fronts as per design.

Tip: Lay the frame on its back during assembly for easier access.

Adjusting the Drawers

Drawers can be adjusted for smooth operation and perfect alignment.

Note: The full-extension slides allow complete access to the drawer contents.

Mounting & Stability

Critical Step: This furniture must be anchored to the wall.

  1. Locate wall studs using a stud finder.
  2. Position the unit against the wall in its final location.
  3. Attach the provided anti-tip bracket to the wall stud(s) using suitable screws (not always provided for all wall types).
  4. Secure the bracket to the top rear of the drawer unit frame.
  5. Test for stability by gently pulling forward on the top of the unit.

CAUTION! If you cannot secure the unit to a wall stud, use appropriate wall anchors designed for the weight and your wall type (drywall, plaster, etc.).
