Safety Information

Read all instructions before assembly and use.

  1. Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum load of 50 kg (110 lbs).
  2. Stability: Ensure the rail is on a flat, level surface. Engage wheel brakes when stationary.
  3. Assembly: Tighten all screws securely. Do not overtighten.
  4. Placement: Keep away from heat sources and high-traffic areas to prevent tipping.
  5. Children: Do not allow children to climb or hang on the rail.

WARNING! An improperly assembled or overloaded rail can tip over, causing injury or damage.

Assembly Instructions

Estimated assembly time: 15-20 minutes. We recommend two people for easier handling.

  1. Attach Casters: Insert the 4 casters into the sockets on the bottom of the base frame. Press down firmly until they click into place.
  2. Connect Upright Poles to Base: Place the two upright poles into the corner sockets on the base frame. Align the holes and secure each pole using 2 screws per pole (4 screws total). Tighten with the provided Allen key.
  3. Attach the Crossbar: Lift the crossbar and place its ends onto the top of the upright poles. Align the holes and secure each side with 2 screws (4 screws total). Ensure the crossbar is level before fully tightening.
  4. Final Check: Gently shake the assembled rail to ensure it is stable. Re-tighten any loose connections.

Tip: Assemble on a soft surface (like a carpet) to avoid scratching the floor or parts.

Adjustments & Use

Height Adjustment (if applicable): Some models allow height adjustment. Loosen the locking knobs on the upright poles, set the desired height, and re-tighten.

Mobility: To move, disengage all wheel brakes by flipping the brake levers up. Push gently from the base frame, not the crossbar.

Stationary Use: For stable storage, engage the brakes on all four wheels by flipping the brake levers down.

Hanging Clothes: Distribute weight evenly across the crossbar. Place heavier items (like coats) towards the center.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or steel wool.

Periodically check and tighten screws to maintain stability.

Lubricate wheel axles with a dry silicone spray if they become stiff (do not use oil).

CAUTION! Never use harsh chemicals as they may damage the powder-coated finish.
