Safety Information

Read all instructions before beginning assembly. Ensure a clean, spacious work area.

  1. Use Proper Tools: Assemble using the included Allen key. A hammer may be needed for dowels.
  2. Lifting Safety: The cabinet and panels are heavy. Use two people to lift and maneuver parts to avoid strain or injury.
  3. Child Safety: To prevent tip-over, the cabinet must be securely anchored to the wall using the provided wall attachment device and hardware.
  4. Surface Protection: Assemble on a soft surface (e.g., carpet, blanket) to prevent scratching the finish.

WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. Always secure this furniture to the wall using the provided restraint device.

Assembly Instructions

Follow the numbered steps in the included pictorial guide. This is a summary of the key assembly phases.

  1. Frame Assembly: Connect the side panels to the top and bottom panels using the cam locks and dowels. Ensure all connections are tight and square.
  2. Back Panel Installation: Place the assembled frame face down. Insert the fiberboard back panel into the grooves and secure it with the provided nails or screws.
  3. Drawer Runner Installation: Attach one part of each metal runner to the inside of the cabinet frame according to the spacing in the manual. Attach the matching part to the sides of each drawer box.
  4. Drawer Assembly: Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using the screws from inside the box. Ensure it is centered and aligned before fully tightening.
  5. Final Installation: Insert the drawers into the cabinet by engaging the runners. Test each drawer for smooth operation. Attach the adjustable feet to the bottom panel.

Tip: Do not fully tighten all cam locks until the entire frame is assembled and squared.

Installation & Leveling

Proper installation ensures stability and function.

  1. Choose Location: Place the cabinet on a flat, solid floor against the intended wall.
  2. Level the Cabinet: Adjust the four feet by twisting them to compensate for uneven floors. Use a spirit level on the top surface.
  3. Wall Attachment (CRITICAL): Use the provided wall restraint bracket. Secure the bracket to a solid wall stud using the longer screws (not drywall anchors). Then, attach the cabinet to the bracket using the provided screws inside the top back of the cabinet.
  4. Final Check: Gently try to tilt the cabinet forward. It should not move if properly secured.

CAUTION! Failure to secure the cabinet to the wall can result in serious injury or death from tip-over.

Drawer Operation & Adjustment

The drawers feature full-extension metal runners for easy access.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care will maintain the appearance and longevity of your cabinet.

  1. Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth wrung out in a mild soap solution. Dry immediately with a clean, soft cloth.
  2. Avoid: Abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity.
  3. Scratches: Minor scratches on the white finish can sometimes be concealed with a matching wax filler pencil (not included).
  4. Tightening: Periodically check and tighten any cam locks or screws that may loosen over time.

CAUTION! Do not use solvents or ammonia-based cleaners.
