Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before assembly and installation.

  1. Two-person job: Assembly and mounting require at least two adults due to size and weight.
  2. Stable surface: Assemble on a clean, flat, protected surface to avoid scratches.
  3. Wall suitability: Ensure wall is solid and can support the cabinet's weight (see specifications). Use appropriate fixings for your wall type.
  4. Child safety: Keep small parts away from children during assembly. Ensure cabinet is securely mounted to prevent tipping.
  5. Tool safety: Use correct tools. Do not overtighten screws.

WARNING! Improper installation can cause the cabinet to fall, resulting in serious injury or damage. Always mount into wall studs or use suitable hollow-wall anchors.

Assembly Steps

Follow the numbered steps in the included pictorial guide. This is a summary.

  1. Prepare parts: Lay out all parts and hardware. Identify each piece using the parts list.
  2. Connect side panels to back panel: Align the pre-drilled holes on the side panels with those on the back panel. Insert cam lock pins and tighten with the Allen key.
  3. Attach top and bottom panels: Connect the top and bottom panels to the assembled frame using the remaining cam locks.
  4. Install shelf supports: Insert the plastic shelf supports (pegs) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides at your desired heights.
  5. Attach mounting brackets: Secure the two metal mounting brackets to the upper inside rear of the cabinet using the provided screws.
  6. Install shelves: Place the adjustable shelves onto the supports.
  7. Attach door: The mirrored door comes with hinges pre-attached. Carefully lift and hook the door hinges onto the hinge plates on the cabinet frame. Ensure it is seated correctly.
  8. Adjust door: If necessary, use a screwdriver to adjust the hinge screws for proper door alignment and smooth closing.

Tip: Do not fully tighten all cam locks until the entire frame is squared up.

Wall Installation

This is a critical step. The cabinet must be securely fixed to a solid wall.

  1. Choose location: Select a wall stud or ensure you have appropriate anchors for hollow walls. The cabinet must be level.
  2. Mark bracket positions: Hold the cabinet (with help) against the wall at the desired height. Use a pencil to mark the screw holes through the mounting brackets. Use a level to ensure marks are horizontal.
  3. Drill pilot holes: At the marked points, drill pilot holes suitable for your wall type and the included wall plugs.
  4. Mount the cabinet: With assistance, lift the cabinet and align the mounting brackets with the pilot holes. Insert and tighten the screws firmly into the wall plugs. Do not overtighten.
  5. Final check: Gently pull on the cabinet to ensure it is firmly attached. Open and close the door to check operation.

CAUTION! The weight of the cabinet and its contents must be fully supported by the wall. If in doubt, consult a professional.

Adjusting Shelves

The shelves are adjustable to accommodate items of different heights.

  1. Remove all items from the shelf.
  2. Lift the shelf up and tilt it to disengage from the shelf supports (pegs).
  3. Remove the plastic shelf supports from their current holes.
  4. Insert the supports into another set of pre-drilled holes at your desired height. Ensure both sides are at the same level.
  5. Place the shelf back onto the supports, ensuring it sits flat and secure.

Note: Do not exceed the maximum load per shelf as indicated in the specifications.

Use and Maintenance

WARNING! Do not hang heavy items on the door or use the handle to pull yourself up.
