Safety Instructions

WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. This cabinet must be securely anchored to the wall.

  1. Two-Person Job: Assembly and mounting are heavy; use two people.
  2. Secure to Wall Studs: Always mount into wooden wall studs. Use included anchors only if studs are unavailable and for drywall reinforcement, but stud mounting is mandatory for safety.
  3. Check Load Capacity: Do not exceed 22 lbs (10 kg) total weight on shelves.
  4. Avoid Moisture Damage: While designed for bathroom use, avoid direct, constant water spray. Wipe spills promptly.
  5. Keep Children Safe: Do not let children climb on or hang from the cabinet or door.

CAUTION! The mirror is glass. Handle with care during assembly to avoid breakage.

Assembly Steps

Assemble the cabinet body on a soft, flat surface to prevent scratches.

  1. Connect Side Panels to Back Panel: Align side panels (10000002 & 10000003) to the back panel (10000001). Insert cam lock screws from the side panels into the pre-drilled holes on the back panel. Tighten cam lock nuts by turning clockwise until firm.
  2. Attach Top and Bottom Panels: Fit the top and bottom panels (10000004) between the side panels. Secure using the remaining cam lock screws and nuts. Ensure all corners are square.
  3. Insert Shelf Support Pegs: Decide on shelf height. Insert the shelf support pegs (30000003) into the desired holes on the inner sides of the cabinet. There are multiple rows of holes for adjustment.
  4. Place Adjustable Shelves: Gently lower the shelves (10000006) onto the support pegs.
  5. Attach Wall Mounting Brackets: Fix the two L-shaped mounting brackets (20000001) to the upper inside back of the cabinet using the provided screws. Ensure they are level and symmetrically placed.

Tip: Do not over-tighten cam locks. Hand-tight is sufficient.

Wall Mounting Installation

This is the most critical step for safety.

  1. Locate Studs: Use a stud finder to locate at least two wooden wall studs where the cabinet will hang. Mark the center of each stud with a pencil.
  2. Hold & Mark Bracket Positions: With help, hold the assembled cabinet (without door) against the wall at the desired height. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the wall through the holes in the mounting brackets.
  3. Drill Pilot Holes: At the marks on the studs, drill pilot holes slightly smaller than the screw diameter (30000005).
  4. Mount Cabinet to Wall: Align the cabinet brackets with the pilot holes. Securely fasten the cabinet to the wall studs using the long screws (30000005). Tighten completely.
    • If no stud is available at one bracket position: You must use a heavy-duty toggle bolt (not included) rated for the cabinet's weight. The included drywall anchors (30000004) are for light-duty use only and are not recommended for primary support.
  5. Final Check: Pull firmly on the cabinet to ensure it does not move or wobble. It must feel solidly attached to the wall.

Adjusting Shelves & Door

Shelves: To adjust, lift shelf straight up off the support pegs. Move pegs to new desired holes and lower shelf back onto them.

Door Hinge (Soft-Close): The hinge has a built-in soft-close mechanism. If the door closes too quickly or slowly:

  1. Open door fully.
  2. Locate the adjustment screw on the side of the hinge.
  3. Turn screw clockwise (usually) to slow closing speed, counter-clockwise to speed it up. Make small adjustments.

Door Alignment: If door is uneven:

  1. Loosen the screws securing the hinge to the cabinet slightly (do not remove).
  2. Reposition the door up/down or in/out.
  3. Retighten screws.

Attach Door Stopper: Install the small door stopper (30000006) on the inside top of the cabinet to prevent the door from opening past 90 degrees if desired.

Care & Maintenance

Unload shelves before any adjustment or maintenance.

  1. Cleaning Mirror: Use a soft, damp cloth with a mild glass cleaner. Spray cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror. Wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
  2. Cleaning Cabinet Surfaces: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution. Dry immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals.
  3. Hardware Check: Periodically (every 6 months) check that all wall screws and cam locks are tight.

CAUTION! Never use abrasive materials on the mirror or painted surfaces. Avoid excessive moisture on particleboard edges.
