Read all instructions before assembly. Ensure a safe workspace.

  1. Work Area: Use a clean, flat, protected surface to avoid scratches.
  2. Lifting: Cabinet is heavy. Use two people for lifting and positioning.
  3. Children & Pets: Keep away from assembly area. Small parts are choking hazards.
  4. Power Tools: Use caution. Do not overtighten screws in particleboard.
  5. Plumbing & Electrical: If connecting water lines, ensure water supply is OFF. Consult a professional if unsure.

WARNING! Failure to follow instructions may result in injury or product damage.

Assembly Steps

Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten all screws until final step.

  1. Attach Back Panel: Align back panel with side panels. Insert dowels (H002) into pre-drilled holes. Secure with cam lock screws (H001).
  2. Install Bottom Shelf: Slide shelf into grooves on side panels. Secure from underneath with provided screws.
  3. Mount Adjustable Legs: Screw legs (100007) into pre-drilled holes at base of cabinet using screws (H003). Do not tighten fully.
  4. Install Drawer Runners: Attach runner halves to cabinet interior sides and drawer box according to package instructions.
  5. Attach Drawer Front: Slide drawer into runners. Align drawer front (100005) and secure from inside with screws.
  6. Mount Door Hinges: Attach soft-close hinges (H005) to door panel (100006). Then attach hinges to cabinet side panel.
  7. Final Tightening: Ensure cabinet is square. Fully tighten all cam locks and leg screws.

Tip: Leave protective film on surfaces until assembly is complete to prevent scratches.

Sink & Faucet Installation

This cabinet is pre-cut for a standard sink bowl. Installation steps for drop-in sink.

  1. Position Cabinet: Move assembled cabinet to its final location against the wall.
  2. Apply Sealant: Run a bead of silicone sealant along the top edge of the sink cutout.
  3. Place Sink: Carefully lower the sink bowl into the cutout, pressing down to create a seal with the silicone.
  4. Install Faucet: Follow faucet manufacturer's instructions. Typically, insert faucet through mounting hole, secure from underneath with mounting hardware (H006).
  5. Connect Plumbing: Connect water supply lines and P-trap to sink drain. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free.
  6. Cure Time: Allow silicone sealant to cure for 24 hours before using the sink.

CAUTION! Do not overtighten faucet nuts, as this may crack the sink or countertop.

Leveling & Final Adjustments

Proper leveling prevents water pooling and ensures door/drawer function.

  1. Check Level: Place a level on the cabinet top, both front-to-back and side-to-side.
  2. Adjust Legs: Turn adjustable legs clockwise to raise, counterclockwise to lower. Adjust until cabinet is perfectly level.
  3. Door Alignment: Open door. Use a hex key to adjust hinge screws: vertical, horizontal, and depth to align door with cabinet frame.
  4. Drawer Alignment: Adjust drawer runner mounting screws to ensure drawer is level and slides smoothly.
  5. Soft-Close Test: Gently close door and drawer. They should close softly and completely on their own.

Tip: For uneven floors, use shims under legs before final tightening.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your cabinet.

CAUTION! Never use steam cleaners on the cabinet or its hardware.
