Step-by-Step Assembly
Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten screws until assembly is complete.
- Step 1: Attach the adjustable legs to the bottom shelf (part 100004) using the provided screws.
- Step 2: Insert wooden dowels into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the left side panel (100001).
- Step 3: Connect the left side panel to the bottom shelf using cam locks. Tighten with a screwdriver.
- Step 4: Repeat for the right side panel (100002).
- Step 5: Attach the back panel (100003) to the side panels using screws.
- Step 6: Install the drawer runners inside the cabinet according to the markings.
- Step 7: Attach the soft-closing hinges to the door panel (100005), then mount the door to the cabinet frame.
- Step 8: Attach the drawer front (100006) to the drawer box and insert into the runners.
- Step 9: Adjust door and drawer alignment using the screws on the hinges and runners.
CAUTION! Do not overtighten screws in particleboard to avoid stripping.
Sink & Plumbing Installation
This cabinet is designed for a drop-in sink (sink not included with model 004.294.12).
- Place the sink bowl upside down on the countertop cutout to trace the outline.
- Cut the countertop following the manufacturer's instructions for your specific sink.
- Apply a bead of silicone sealant around the cutout edge.
- Place the sink into the cutout and press down firmly. Wipe away excess sealant.
- Connect the drain and water supply lines according to local plumbing codes.
- Allow sealant to cure for 24 hours before using the sink.
Tip: We recommend hiring a professional for plumbing connections.
Adjusting & Leveling
Use the adjustable legs to level the cabinet on uneven floors.
- Place the cabinet in its final position.
- Use a level on the top surface.
- Turn the legs clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower until the cabinet is level.
- Once level, secure the cabinet to the wall using the wall attachment device. Locate wall studs for best support.
Note: The door and drawer soft-close mechanisms can be adjusted for tension using the screws on the side.
Care & Maintenance
