Assembly Instructions

Estimated assembly time: 15-20 minutes. Tools provided: Hex key.

Place the main body upright on a soft, protected surface to prevent scratches.
Align the lid with the top of the main body, ensuring the hasp is at the front.
Attach the two hinges to the marked positions on the back of the box and lid using the provided screws.
Use the hex key to tighten all screws securely. Do not overtighten.
Test the lid by opening and closing to ensure smooth operation.
Check that the hasp aligns properly with the corresponding latch on the box front.

Tip: For easier assembly, have a second person hold the lid in position while you attach the hinges.

Installation & Placement

For optimal use and longevity, place the storage box correctly.

Choose a level, stable surface near your barbecue area.

Using the Storage Box

Open the lid by lifting the front edge.

Ensure charcoal or other combustible materials are fully cooled before storage.

Locking Mechanism

The box features a hasp for use with a standard padlock (sold separately).

To Lock: Close the lid. Ensure the hasp loop aligns with the fixed latch on the box body. Insert your padlock through both pieces.

To Unlock: Remove the padlock. Lift the hasp and open the lid.

Maintenance: Periodically check the hasp and hinge screws for tightness. Apply a small amount of silicone spray to the hinge pins if operation becomes stiff.
