Tools Required

You will need the following tools for assembly (not included):

Note: Using the correct tools ensures proper assembly and safety.

Safety Instructions

WARNING! To prevent serious injury or damage:

  1. Wall Mounting is Mandatory: This cabinet must be securely attached to a solid wall to prevent tipping.
  2. Weight Limit: Do not exceed 55 lbs (25 kg) total distributed weight on shelves.
  3. Two-Person Assembly: The cabinet is heavy; have a helper during assembly and mounting.
  4. Check Wall Structure: Ensure wall can support the cabinet’s weight. Use appropriate wall anchors for your wall type (drywall, concrete, etc.).
  5. Keep Away from Children: Small parts are a choking hazard. Keep assembly area clear during work.

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps in order. Work on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratches.

  1. Attach Back Panel: Place frame face down. Align back panel (B) and secure with provided screws.
  2. Connect Side Panels & Shelves: Insert cam locks into side panels. Attach shelves (D) at desired heights using pins. Tighten cam locks with a screwdriver.
  3. Install Hinges: Attach soft-closing hinges (E) to the cabinet frame at marked positions using screws.
  4. Mount Doors: Carefully hang doors (C) onto hinges. Adjust door alignment using the hinge screws until doors are level and close evenly.
  5. Attach Handles: Screw handles (I) to doors as per your preference (left/right).

Tip: Do not fully tighten all screws until assembly is complete to allow for adjustments.

Wall Mounting Installation

CRITICAL: This step is essential for safety. The cabinet must be mounted to a load-bearing wall.

  1. Locate Studs: Use a stud finder to locate solid wood or metal studs in the wall. Mark their centers.
  2. Position Cabinet: Hold the assembled cabinet against the wall at desired height (recommended: shelves accessible). Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark screw hole positions from the mounting brackets (F) onto the wall.
  3. Drill Holes: At marked positions, drill holes appropriate for your wall type (use masonry bit for concrete/tile). Insert wall anchors if needed.
  4. Secure Cabinet: With a helper holding the cabinet, align it with the holes. Insert and tighten the long mounting screws through the brackets into the wall. Ensure the cabinet is firmly fixed and does not wobble.
  5. Final Check: Gently pull on the cabinet to confirm it is securely attached.

WARNING! Never place the cabinet on the floor without wall mounting. It can tip over and cause injury.

Adjusting Shelves & Doors

After mounting, you can customize the interior.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your cabinet looking new:

CAUTION! Do not hang wet towels or place excessive weight on doors.
