Safety Information

Read all instructions before assembly. Use proper lifting techniques.

  1. Work Area: Assemble on a clean, flat, protected surface to avoid scratches.
  2. Lifting: The sink basin is heavy and fragile. Lift with care; use two people.
  3. Children & Pets: Keep small parts away during assembly to prevent choking.
  4. Power Tools: Use caution with drills and screwdrivers. Wear safety glasses if drilling.
  5. Plumbing: Shut off water supply before connecting faucet and drain.

WARNING! Ensure the cabinet is securely assembled and level before installation. An unstable cabinet can tip over, causing injury or damage.

Assembly Instructions

Follow steps in order. Do not fully tighten screws until all parts are aligned.

  1. Attach Legs: Screw the four adjustable legs into the pre-drilled holes at the bottom corners of the cabinet frame. Hand-tighten only.
  2. Assemble Drawer Runners: Attach the drawer runner halves to the cabinet interior sides using provided screws. Ensure they are level and at equal height.
  3. Install Drawer: Slide the drawer box onto the runners. Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using screws from inside the drawer.
  4. Mount Door Hinges: The door comes with hinges pre-attached. Align the door with the cabinet front and secure the hinge arms to the cabinet frame with screws.
  5. Adjust Door & Drawer: Use the Allen key to adjust hinge screws for door alignment (up/down, in/out). Adjust drawer front if necessary.
  6. Place Sink Basin: Carefully lower the sink basin into the cutout on top of the cabinet. Do not drop. It should sit flush.

Tip: Keep the cabinet upside down during initial leg attachment for easier access.

Installation & Levelling

Position the cabinet in its final location before connecting plumbing.

  1. Position Cabinet: Move the assembled cabinet to the desired location against the wall.
  2. Level the Cabinet: Place a level on top of the sink basin. Turn the adjustable legs to raise or lower each corner until the cabinet is perfectly level front-to-back and side-to-side.
  3. Secure to Wall (Recommended): To prevent tipping, use the provided wall brackets and screws to secure the top rear of the cabinet to wall studs. Mark holes using the template, drill pilot holes, insert wall plugs, and screw brackets tight.
  4. Final Check: Ensure the cabinet does not rock. Re-tighten leg locks if present.

CAUTION! A non-level cabinet can cause water to pool in the sink and improper door/drawer operation.

Connecting Plumbing

This cabinet has a pre-cut rear panel for standard P-trap and water lines.

  1. Install Faucet: Follow your faucet's instructions. Insert the faucet tailpieces through the holes in the sink. Underneath, secure with mounting nuts and washers.
  2. Connect Water Supply: Attach flexible water supply lines from the shut-off valves to the faucet hot and cold inlets. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench for a quarter turn more. Do not overtighten.
  3. Install Drain & P-Trap: Apply plumber's putty or silicone sealant under the drain flange. Insert into sink drain hole. Underneath, attach the drain basket, washer, and locknut. Connect the P-trap to the drain tailpiece and the wall waste pipe.
  4. Check for Leaks: Turn water supply on slowly. Check all connections for drips. Tighten slightly if needed. Let water run into the sink and check the P-trap for leaks.

Tip: Use a bucket under connections during testing to catch any initial drips.
