Safety Information
To prevent injury and damage, follow these safety guidelines:
- Glass Handling: The mirror is made of glass. Handle with care to avoid breakage. Wear protective gloves if possible.
- Mounting Surface: Ensure the wall is solid and can support the mirror's weight. Use appropriate wall anchors for your wall type (drywall, plaster, concrete).
- Children & Pets: Keep children and pets away during assembly and mounting. Ensure the mounted mirror is secure and out of reach if possible.
- Two-Person Job: Assembly and mounting are easier and safer with two people.
- Clean Workspace: Assemble on a soft, flat surface (e.g., carpet, blanket) to prevent scratching or breaking the glass.
WARNING! A falling mirror can cause serious injury. Secure it properly to the wall.
Tools Required
You will need the following tools (not included):
- Phillips screwdriver (or cordless drill with Phillips bit)
- Level (to ensure mirror hangs straight)
- Pencil (for marking drill holes)
- Tape measure
- Stud finder (recommended for locating wall studs)
- Drill (if mounting into masonry or for pilot holes)
- Safety glasses (when drilling)
Assembly Instructions
Assemble the frame around the mirror on a soft, protected surface.
- Prepare the Mirror: Lay the mirror face down on a soft cloth or blanket. Do not remove the protective film yet.
- Attach Frame Sections: Place the bottom frame piece along the bottom edge of the mirror. Align the screw holes. Insert and lightly tighten the provided screws. Do not overtighten.
- Add Side Frames: Attach the left and right frame sections to the mirror and the bottom frame. Secure with screws.
- Attach Top Frame: Place the top frame piece and secure it to the mirror and side frames with the remaining screws.
- Final Check: Ensure all frame pieces are flush and all screws are snug. The frame should hold the mirror securely without pinching the glass.
- Remove Protective Film: Carefully peel off the protective film from the mirror surface once assembly is complete and the mirror is ready to be mounted.
CAUTION! Overtightening screws can crack the glass. Tighten only until the frame is secure.
Wall Mounting
Mount the assembled mirror to a solid wall.
- Locate Studs: Use a stud finder to locate wall studs. Mounting into studs provides the strongest hold. Mark the stud centers lightly with a pencil.
- Position Brackets: Hold the mirror against the wall at the desired height. Use a level to ensure it is straight. Lightly mark the top corners. Determine where the mounting brackets on the back of the mirror will align with your wall marks or studs.
- Mark Drill Holes: Remove the mirror. Hold a mounting bracket against the wall at the marked position. Use a pencil to mark the screw holes through the bracket.
- Drill Holes: If drilling into drywall without a stud, use a drill bit appropriate for the included wall anchors. Drill holes at the marked points. Insert wall anchors if required.
- Attach Brackets to Wall: Align the mounting bracket with the holes. Use the provided screws to secure the bracket firmly to the wall. Repeat for the second bracket. Ensure both brackets are level with each other.
- Hang the Mirror: With help from another person, lift the mirror and carefully hook the brackets on the back of the mirror onto the wall-mounted brackets.
- Secure & Final Check: Gently test that the mirror is secure and does not wobble. Use a level again to confirm it is straight.
Tip: For heavy mirrors or plaster walls, consult a professional for the best mounting method.
Care & Maintenance
To keep your mirror clean and clear:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber is ideal). For smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild glass cleaner. Spray cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror, to avoid liquid seeping behind the glass or frame.
- Drying: Wipe dry with a separate clean, dry cloth to prevent streaks.
- Avoid: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia-based products (on certain frames), or excessive water.
- Frame Care: Wipe the frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Check the care instructions specific to the frame material.
CAUTION! Never use excessive force or sharp objects on the mirror surface.

| Mirror is not level | Brackets mounted at uneven heights | Remove mirror. Remount one or both brackets using a level during installation. |
| Protective film is hard to remove | Film may have been left on too long | Use a hairdryer on a low setting to gently warm the film edge, then slowly peel it off. |
| Streaks on glass after cleaning | Using dirty cloth or not drying properly | Clean with a fresh microfiber cloth and dry immediately with another clean, dry cloth. |
