Safety Information
Read all instructions before assembly and installation.
- Lifting: The panel and assembled cabinets are heavy. Use two people to lift and hold during installation to prevent injury or damage.
- Wall Strength: Ensure the wall is structurally sound and can support the total weight of the cabinets, panel, and contents. Use appropriate wall anchors for your wall type (stud, concrete, drywall).
- Stability: Always secure the panel and cabinets to the wall using the provided ENHET suspension rail. Never rely on the corner connection alone to support weight.
- Tool Safety: Use tools as intended and keep them away from children.
WARNING! Failure to properly secure the unit to the wall can result in tipping, causing serious injury or death.
Tools Required
- Phillips screwdriver or cordless drill/driver
- Level (at least 60 cm / 24 inches)
- Pencil
- Tape measure
- Stud finder (recommended)
- Hammer (if using wall plugs)
Assembly Instructions
The corner panel itself requires minimal assembly. The primary task is attaching the mounting brackets.
- Identify the pre-drilled holes on the back of the corner panel.
- Align the mounting brackets with the upper set of holes as indicated in the diagram.
- Secure the brackets to the panel using the provided screws. Do not overtighten.
- Ensure the brackets are flush and secure.
Tip: Perform this step on a soft, clean surface (like the cardboard packaging) to avoid scratching the panel.
Installation to Wall
This panel must be installed as part of the ENHET suspension rail system.
- Install the ENHET wall-mounted suspension rail according to its manual, ensuring it is perfectly level and securely fastened to wall studs or with heavy-duty anchors.
- With help, lift the corner panel and hook the mounting brackets onto the suspension rail.
- Slide the panel to the desired position along the rail, centered in the corner.
- Secure the panel to the rail using the locking screws on the brackets. Tighten firmly.
- Use a level to check that the panel is plumb (vertically level).
CAUTION! Do not load the panel with shelves or items until adjacent cabinets are installed and the entire unit is secured.
Connecting Adjacent Cabinets
Install standard ENHET wall cabinets on either side of the corner panel.
- Install the left and right wall cabinets onto the same suspension rail, sliding them toward the corner panel.
- Leave a small gap (2-3 mm) between the cabinet and the panel.
- From inside the adjacent cabinets, use the provided connector screws to attach the cabinet side panel to the pre-drilled holes in the corner panel.
- Tighten the screws until the cabinets are pulled snug against the panel. Do not overtighten, as this may distort the panels.
- Insert the cover caps into the screw heads for a finished look.
Adjusting Doors & Shelves
Doors and shelves are installed on the adjacent cabinets, not the corner panel itself.
- Doors: Use the standard ENHET hinge system. For corner cabinets, use a 170-degree hinge to allow the door to open fully past the corner panel.
- Shelves: Adjust shelf height by repositioning shelf supports in the adjacent cabinets. The corner panel typically does not support shelves directly.
- Alignment: If doors are misaligned, use a Phillips screwdriver to adjust the hinges (height, depth, and side-to-side).
Weight Limits & Specifications
- Material: Particleboard, foil
- Color: White
- Dimensions (HxWxD): Refer to product packaging for exact mm/inches.
- Max Load per Mounting Bracket: 15 kg (33 lbs).
- Total Max Load (Panel + Cabinets): Do not exceed the load rating of the ENHET suspension rail system. Distribute weight evenly.
- Compatibility: Designed for use with ENHET wall cabinets series.
Care & Cleaning
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the surface. Avoid excessive moisture.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Possible Cause | Corrective Action |
| Panel is not level | Wall rail not level; brackets not aligned | Re-check level of suspension rail. Loosen bracket screws, adjust panel, re-tighten. |
| Gap between panel and cabinet | Connector screws not tightened; rail not aligned | Tighten connector screws from inside adjacent cabinet. Ensure both cabinets are fully seated on the rail. |
| Door hits corner panel | Wrong hinge type; hinge not adjusted | Ensure a 170-degree hinge is used. Adjust the door stop on the hinge or the depth setting. |
| Panel feels unstable | Rail not securely fastened to wall; weight exceeded | Reinforce rail attachment to wall studs with more screws. Reduce loaded weight in cabinets. |
| Screw holes don't align | Wrong panel or cabinet model; installation error | Verify all parts are from the ENHET series. Check that cabinets are oriented correctly on the rail. |
