Safety Information

Read all instructions before assembly and installation.

  1. Weight Limit: Do not exceed 15 kg (33 lbs) per shelf. Total unit load must not exceed 60 kg (132 lbs).
  2. Wall Mounting: MUST be securely attached to wall studs or solid masonry using provided hardware to prevent tipping.
  3. Child Safety: Do not allow children to climb on shelves. Heavy items should be placed on lower shelves.
  4. Assembly: Assemble on a soft surface to avoid scratching parts. Ensure all connections are tight.

WARNING! Failure to properly secure to wall can result in serious injury or death from tipping. Always use a stud finder and mount into wall studs.

Assembly Instructions

Follow steps in order. Two people recommended for assembly.

  1. Step 1: Lay vertical posts on floor with pre-drilled holes facing inward.
  2. Step 2: Insert shelf support pegs into desired holes on posts. Pegs should click into place.
  3. Step 3: Place shelf boards onto support pegs, ensuring they are level and fully seated.
  4. Step 4: Attach wall mounting brackets to the top rear of each vertical post using provided screws.
  5. Step 5: Check all connections are secure and shelves are stable before lifting unit.

Tip: Do not fully tighten screws until unit is level on the wall.

Installation & Mounting

Proper wall mounting is critical for safety.

  1. Decide location, ensuring enough space for door clearance and access.
  2. Use stud finder to locate wall studs. Mark positions for mounting brackets.
  3. Hold assembled unit against wall. Use level to ensure it is perfectly vertical.
  4. Mark screw holes through bracket onto wall.
  5. Drill pilot holes into wall studs at marked positions.
  6. Secure unit to wall using provided screws and wall plugs (if not into stud).
  7. Tighten all screws firmly. Gently pull on unit to test stability.

CAUTION! For hollow walls (drywall) without studs, use appropriate heavy-duty wall anchors rated for the unit's weight.

Adjusting Shelves

Shelves are adjustable for custom storage.

  1. Remove items from shelf.
  2. Lift shelf up and off support pegs.
  3. Remove support pegs from current holes by pushing from behind or gently pulling.
  4. Insert pegs into new desired hole positions (spaced every 32mm/1.25 inches).
  5. Place shelf back onto pegs, ensuring it sits evenly.

Note: For best stability, ensure at least 3 support pegs are used per shelf side.
