Safety Instructions

Handle glass with care to avoid injury or breakage.

  1. Always lift the door panel with two hands, holding the edges firmly.
  2. Assemble on a soft, flat surface (e.g., carpet or blanket) to prevent scratches or cracks.
  3. Keep children and pets away during assembly.
  4. Ensure the cabinet frame is securely mounted to the wall before installing the door.

WARNING! Glass can break if dropped or struck. Wear protective gloves if handling broken glass.

Assembly Steps

Attach hinges to the glass door before mounting to the cabinet.

  1. Place the glass door panel face down on a soft, protected surface.
  2. Align a hinge with the pre-drilled holes on the top edge of the door (check orientation).
  3. Insert the provided screws through the hinge into the door. Hand-tighten first.
  4. Use the included Allen key to fully tighten the screws. Do not overtighten.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the second hinge on the bottom edge.
  6. Attach the magnetic catch plate to the inside of the door frame (opposite side of hinges) using its screws.

Tip: Ensure hinges are parallel and aligned for smooth operation.

Installation to Cabinet

Mount the assembled door to your compatible EKET cabinet frame.

  1. Ensure the cabinet is empty and securely fixed to the wall.
  2. Hold the door in position against the cabinet opening, aligning hinges with the mounting points on the cabinet frame.
  3. Insert and hand-tighten the screws through the cabinet frame into the hinges.
  4. Fully tighten all screws with a screwdriver.
  5. Test the door by opening and closing gently. It should swing smoothly and align evenly with the frame.
  6. Adjust the magnetic catch by sliding it so the door closes securely without slamming.

CAUTION! Do not force the door during installation. Check alignment before final tightening.

Hinge Adjustment

Fine-tune the door position for perfect alignment and smooth operation.

Each hinge features three adjustment screws:

Make small adjustments (quarter turns) and test frequently.

Care & Maintenance

Clean glass with appropriate products to maintain clarity and avoid damage.

  1. Unplug any nearby electrical items and ensure the door is closed and cool.
  2. Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth.
  3. For light cleaning, use only water. For streaks or fingerprints, use a mild glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth (not directly onto the glass).
  4. Wipe gently in a circular motion, then dry with a separate dry cloth.
  5. Clean metal hinges and catch with a dry cloth only.

WARNING! Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia-based products, or solvents on the glass or hardware.
