Safety Instructions
WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. This cabinet must be securely anchored to the wall.
- Use correct wall fasteners: Mount only into wall studs or use provided anchors for solid drywall. Verify wall type.
- Two-person assembly: Some steps are easier and safer with two people.
- Check stability: Do not place heavy items on top. Distribute weight evenly on shelves.
- Keep away from children: Do not let children climb on or hang from the cabinet.
- Inspect parts: Do not assemble if any part is damaged, warped, or missing.
Assembly Steps
Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratches.
- Attach back panel: Place frame face down. Align back panel (B) and secure with provided screws.
- Insert cam lock dowels: Press dowels (E) into pre-drilled holes on side panels as shown in diagram.
- Connect side to top/bottom: Align dowels with holes in top and bottom panels. Tighten cam locks (H) with a screwdriver (turn clockwise until tight).
- Attach front frame: Slide front frame (D) onto the front of the cabinet box. Secure from the inside with screws.
- Install shelves: Insert adjustable shelves (C) onto shelf pins. Ensure they are level and secure.
- Attach cover caps: Press plastic caps (I) over visible cam locks for a finished look.
Tip: Do not overtighten cam locks; hand-tight plus a quarter turn is sufficient.
Wall Mounting Installation
This is the most critical step for safety.
- Locate studs: Use a stud finder to locate solid wood studs in your wall. Mark their center with a pencil.
- Position cabinet: Hold the assembled cabinet against the wall in the desired location. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the top screw holes on the wall through the keyhole slots on the back of the cabinet.
- Drill pilot holes: If mounting into studs, drill pilot holes at your marks slightly smaller than the screw diameter. If using drywall anchors, drill holes to the size specified on the anchor package.
- Install anchors/screws: Insert wall anchors (G) if not using studs. Partially screw the mounting screws (F) into the studs or anchors, leaving the head protruding about 5mm.
- Hang cabinet: Lift the cabinet and hook the keyhole slots onto the screw heads. Gently lower the cabinet to lock it in place.
- Secure bottom: Install the remaining screws through the bottom mounting holes into the wall to prevent tilting.
- Final check: Firmly pull on the cabinet to ensure it does not move. Re-tighten screws if necessary.
Adjusting Shelves
Shelves are adjustable for flexible storage.
- Empty the shelf you wish to move.
- Lift the front of the shelf slightly and pull it forward to disengage the rear pins.
- Lift the shelf out completely.
- Reposition the metal shelf pins into the desired set of holes on the side panels.
- Insert the shelf by placing the rear pins first, then lowering the front until it clicks into place.
- Ensure the shelf is level and stable before placing items on it.
Weight Limits & Use
- Max load per shelf: 7 kg (15 lbs).
- Total cabinet capacity: 20 kg (44 lbs), distributed evenly.
- Recommended items: Books, decorative objects, small electronics, photo frames.
- Not recommended: Heavy appliances, large amounts of liquid, excessive weight in one spot.
- Environment: For indoor use only. Avoid high humidity (e.g., bathrooms) and direct sunlight to prevent warping.
Care & Cleaning
Unload cabinet before cleaning.
- Surface: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Wipe dry immediately.
- Stubborn stains: Use a mild soap solution. Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or solvents.
- Interior: Vacuum dust from shelves and corners periodically.
CAUTION! Do not use wax, polish, or furniture spray, as they can damage the foil finish.
Disassembly & Moving
To move or disassemble:
- Remove all items and shelves.
- Unscrew the cabinet from the wall.
- Remove the cover caps (I) and loosen the cam locks (H) with a screwdriver (turn counter-clockwise).
- Gently separate the panels. Keep all hardware organized for reassembly.
- Store and transport panels flat to avoid damage.

Troubleshooting

| Cabinet wobbles or feels loose | Not secured to wall; loose cam locks | Ensure all wall screws are tight and in studs/anchor. Check and tighten all cam locks inside cabinet. |
| Shelves sag or are unstable | Overloaded; pins not fully engaged | Reduce weight to under 7kg per shelf. Remove and re-insert shelf, ensuring it clicks into place on all four pins. |
| Doors/drawers misaligned (if applicable) | Assembly error; hinges loose | Re-check assembly steps for front frame. Tighten hinge screws. Adjust hinge settings if possible. |
| Parts don't fit together | Wrong orientation; debris in holes | Check diagrams for correct part orientation. Ensure no plastic film or debris is in dowel holes. |
| Scratches or damage on surface | Damage during assembly | Assemble on a soft blanket. Minor scratches can be concealed with a matching touch-up pen (sold separately). |
