Assembly Instructions

Assemble on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratches. Follow steps in order.

  1. Attach back panel: Place frame front-side down. Align back panel (D) and secure with provided nails or screws into pre-drilled holes.
  2. Install cam locks: Insert cam locks (E) into designated holes on side panels. Do not tighten fully yet.
  3. Join panels: Connect side, top, and bottom panels using cam locks. Turn locks 90° clockwise with Allen key (H) to lock. Ensure all joints are flush.
  4. Insert shelves: Slide the two shelves (C) into the cabinet. They rest on pre-installed shelf pins.
  5. Attach door: Hang door (B) on the hinge pins on the cabinet frame. Ensure it swings smoothly.
  6. Install door catch: Attach the magnetic catch (G) to the frame to keep door closed.
  7. Final check: Tighten all screws and cam locks. Ensure door opens and closes properly without dragging.

CAUTION! Do not overtighten screws or cam locks, as this may damage the particleboard.

Wall Mounting

CRITICAL: This step is mandatory to prevent tipping and serious injury.

  1. Locate studs: Use a stud finder to locate solid wooden studs or masonry in your wall. Mark their center with a pencil.
  2. Position bracket: Hold the wall mounting bracket (F) against the wall, level with the top inside of the assembled cabinet. Ensure bracket holes align with marked studs.
  3. Secure bracket: Drill pilot holes into studs. Screw the bracket firmly to the wall using the provided screws.
  4. Hang cabinet: With help, lift the cabinet and hook it onto the wall bracket. You should hear a click or feel it lock into place.
  5. Secure cabinet: Use the additional safety screws provided to secure the cabinet back to the bracket from the inside.
  6. Test stability: Gently pull on the cabinet to ensure it is firmly attached to the wall and does not move.

WARNING! If you cannot mount into solid studs/masonry, you must use appropriate wall anchors rated for the cabinet's weight. Consult a professional if unsure.
