Assembly Instructions

  1. Prepare Panels: Lay side panels (A, B) flat. Insert cam locks into pre-drilled holes on inner sides.
  2. Attach Top & Bottom: Connect top panel (C) and bottom panel (D) to side panels using cam locks and screws. Hand-tighten only.
  3. Install Back Panel: Place cabinet face down on soft surface. Align back panel (E) and secure with provided screws.
  4. Add Shelf Supports: Insert shelf supports (5) into desired holes on side panels for adjustable shelf height.
  5. Install Shelves: Place adjustable shelves (F) onto the supports.
  6. Attach Door: Mount hinges (4) to door panel (G). Align door to cabinet front and attach hinges to side panel. Adjust door alignment as needed.
  7. Final Tightening: Once structure is square, fully tighten all cam locks and screws.
  8. Wall Attachment: See Section 4 for mandatory wall securing steps.

Tip: Ensure all cam locks are turned fully to the locked position (usually a 90° turn).

Installation & Placement

Proper placement ensures stability and longevity.

  1. Location: Place on a level, solid floor. Avoid damp areas (e.g., bathrooms).
  2. Wall Attachment (MANDATORY):
    • Locate solid wall stud(s) using a stud finder.
    • Position cabinet against wall in its final location.

  3. Loading: Place heavier items on lower shelves. Do not exceed the total maximum load capacity.
  4. Door Adjustment: Use the Allen key on the hinges to adjust door height, depth, and closing tension if needed.

CAUTION! Never allow children to climb on or hang from doors, drawers, or shelves.
