Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before assembly and installation.

  1. Use on stable, level surfaces only. Ensure AURDAL frame is properly assembled and secured.
  2. Do not exceed maximum load capacity of 15 kg (33 lbs) evenly distributed.
  3. Keep small parts away from children during assembly to avoid choking hazard.
  4. Use appropriate tools. Do not overtighten screws.

WARNING! Heavy or uneven loading may cause rail to bend or detach, resulting in injury or damage. Install securely.

Assembly Steps

Assemble the cloth rail before installing into the wardrobe.

  1. Attach End Caps: Slide the left and right end caps onto each end of the main cloth rail bar until they click into place.
  2. Prepare Mounting Brackets: Identify the pre-drilled holes on each bracket. Do not attach brackets to rail yet if installing into an AURDAL frame (see next section).
  3. For Wall Mounting (Alternative): If not using with AURDAL frame, attach brackets to rail using provided screws, then mark and drill holes in wall using wall plugs.

Tip: Lay all parts on a soft surface to avoid scratching during assembly.

Installation into AURDAL Frame

Designed for easy installation into pre-drilled holes of AURDAL wardrobe frames.

  1. Position the cloth rail at desired height inside the wardrobe frame. Standard placement is at shoulder height for easy access.
  2. Align the mounting brackets with the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the AURDAL frame.
  3. Insert the provided screws through the bracket holes and into the frame. Tighten securely using the Allen key, but do not overtighten.
  4. Place the assembled cloth rail (with end caps) onto the mounted brackets. Ensure it sits securely and is level.

Note: The rail can be installed horizontally or vertically depending on your AURDAL configuration.

Height Adjustment

The rail can be adjusted to different heights within the AURDAL system.

Weight Capacity & Compatibility

Maximum load: 15 kg (33 lbs). Ensure weight is evenly distributed.

Compatible Systems: Designed for use with IKEA AURDAL wardrobe frames (80cm width). May be compatible with other PAX system frames with appropriate adapters (not included).

Non-Compatible: Do not use with non-IKEA frames unless mounting hardware matches. Do not use for purposes other than hanging clothing.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

CAUTION! The powder-coated finish can be scratched by sharp objects. Avoid hanging metal hangers directly without protective covers.

Periodic Check: Every 6 months, check that mounting brackets are secure and screws are tight.
