Safety Instructions

WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. This mirror must be securely anchored to the wall using the provided hardware and in accordance with these instructions.

  1. Use correct wall type: Mount only to solid walls (wood studs, concrete, brick). Do not mount to hollow drywall alone.
  2. Check for hidden utilities: Before drilling, ensure no electrical wires, plumbing, or gas lines are behind the wall.
  3. Two-person assembly: The mirror is heavy and fragile. Always have two people handle it during assembly and installation.
  4. Keep away from children: Do not let children climb on or hang from the mirror.
  5. Secure mounting: Tighten all screws firmly. Periodically check tightness.

Assembly Steps

Assemble the mirror on a soft, flat surface (e.g., carpet or blanket) to prevent scratches or breakage.

  1. Attach frame sections: Align the top frame (B) and bottom frame (C) with the mirror panel (A).
  2. Secure frame: Using the provided screws and the Allen key (G), gently tighten the screws to secure the frame around the mirror. Do not overtighten.
  3. Attach mounting brackets: Fix the two wall mounting brackets (D) to the back of the assembled mirror at the marked positions. Ensure they are level and securely fastened.
  4. Check stability: Gently lift the mirror to ensure the frame and brackets are firmly attached.

CAUTION! Handle the mirror with care. Wear gloves to protect against sharp edges and to prevent fingerprints on the glass.

Wall Installation

This is a permanent installation. Ensure you have the correct tools: drill, level, pencil, tape measure, and stud finder.

  1. Choose location: Select a wall that can support the mirror's weight. Use a stud finder to locate solid wood studs.
  2. Mark bracket positions: Hold the assembled mirror against the wall at the desired height. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Lightly mark the wall through the bracket holes.
  3. Drill pilot holes: At the marked points, drill pilot holes slightly smaller than the provided wall plugs (F). If drilling into studs, you may not need wall plugs for the screws (E).
  4. Insert wall plugs: For masonry or drywall (without studs), insert the wall plugs into the drilled holes.
  5. Mount the mirror: With the help of a second person, lift the mirror and align the brackets with the pilot holes. Insert and tighten all screws (E) securely.
  6. Final check: Gently pull on the mirror to confirm it is firmly attached to the wall. Re-check level.

Tip: The ideal mounting height is with the center of the mirror at eye level for the primary user.

Care & Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your mirror.

  1. Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth or microfiber towel. For smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with a mixture of water and a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror.
  2. Drying: Wipe dry with a separate clean, dry cloth to prevent streaks.
  3. Avoid: Do not use abrasive pads, scouring powders, ammonia-based cleaners, or acidic substances (like vinegar) as they can damage the frame's finish and the mirror's backing.
  4. Frame Care: Wipe the frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Dry immediately.

CAUTION! Never use excessive force or sharp objects on the mirror surface.
